Beginning in January 2010, the Nimrod Group and Nimrod  Group affilliates will offer consulting services to financial institutions to enable compliance with recent federally mandated revisions to loan portfolio structuring, with the initial focus on required cooperation and compliance with mortgage loan modifications.

Moving forward to 2011 and beyond, the Nimrod Group will continue to negotiate prelitigation settlements for individuals eligible for mortgage modification whose properties have been subjected to foreclosure proceedings, as well as other victims of financial institution compliance failure.

The Nimrod Group will be acting fully in cooperation with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and will be instrumental in development of standards and generally accepted accounting principles to assess the positive or negative contribution of financial institution operations to the U.S. economy.

The Nimrod Group will also continue its commitment to the development and promotion of B corporations, and to the breakup of those banks and corporations which have become too large  to provide a viable contribution to the economy.
